Evelyn Medina is proud to join Ford & Wallach as an associate attorney. With over five years of experience as an attorney in the workers’ compensation system as well as fluency in English and Spanish, Ms. Medina is an empathetic, dedicated advocate for injured workers. Having worked as a legal assistant for nine years in the workers’ compensation arena prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Medina brings a unique insight to successfully navigate the workers’ compensation system.
As an attorney, Ms. Medina is committed to empowering workers by being active in the labor movement, fighting for social justice, and workers’ rights. She is a member of the foremost advocacy organizations for injured workers, the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (“CAAA”) and Southern California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (“SCAAA”). She volunteers her time in service of the community by volunteering with the Los Angeles Food Bank.
Ms. Medina upholds the highest ethical practices. She is a member in good standing of the California Bar Association. She graduated in 2016 with a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson Law School. In 2005, she graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
