David Esfandi is proud to join Ford & Wallach as an associate attorney. David is a strong advocate fighting for workers’ dignity, rights, and safe workplaces. He is active in the labor movement helping workers across many professions including e.g., in the entertainment industry, Los Angeles County, healthcare workers.
As an empathetic and knowledgeable workers’ compensation attorney, David understands the importance of obtaining the best results for his clients. This entails strategically navigating the workers’ compensation system maximizing monetary recovery and obtaining medical treatment.
David brings unique experience to the practice of law through having worked in the aerospace industry as Sales Manager.
As a longtime resident of West Los Angeles and a product of the Los Angeles public school system, David enjoys volunteering and serving in the community.
David graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of West Los Angeles. He achieved honors with the highest grade in torts and a Witkin award in Entertainment Law. As an undergraduate student, he graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. David enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, traveling, and music.
