Susan Soleimani brings experience of over 7 years of litigating and practicing in the California Workers’ Compensation system. She is well-versed in navigating complex legal issues and the ins and outs of obtaining WC benefits from WC insurance carriers, as well as self-insured employers.
Susan is passionate about obtaining justice for workers and helping her clients achieve the best results possible in complicated legal arenas. Prior to practicing in the field of workers’ compensation, Susan represented underprivileged workers on a variety of issues, including but not limited to securing unemployment and disability benefits.
As part of Susan’s fight for justice, Susan is active in the labor community. She is a member of the foremost attorney advocacy organization for injured workers in the State of California, the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (“CAAA”), and the local chapter of CAAA, the Southern California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (“SCAAA”). She is driven to make a difference in the community, especially for women and promoting workers’ rights. Susan participates in the Los Angeles Chapter of the Coalition of Labor Union Women (“CLUW”) and regularly appears at the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO.
Susan is committed to the highest standards in the practice of law. In 2010, she graduated from Brooklyn Law School with a juris doctorate. She is a member in good standing of The State Bar of California. She graduated from California State University Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with honors as a member of the prestigious English honor society, Sigma Tau Delta.
